The proposed project is the renovation of a 5 story building for commercial office space in the center area of Santurce in San Juan, PR. The project also included space planning and interior design, as well as an exterior Rooftop Terrace, Entrance platform and Trellis design.

Architecture, Design Development, Interior Design, Furniture Selection and Construction Documents. Duties also included developing Finish Package, Furniture Package based on local market research, client budget and design intent.
