TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE CLIENTS' OBJECTIVES AND IDEAS, WE COME INTO EVERY PROJECT WITHOUT A PRECONCEIVED NOTION OF WHAT IT SHOULD BE, RATHER WE INTEND TO PROVIDE ALTERNATE VIEWS AND CREATIVE POSSIBILITIES FOR THE DESIGN OF THE ATMOSPHERE, EXPERIENCE AND ENERGY OF THE SPACE.
RECENT WORK
Partial renovation of the Camarero Race Track in Canóvanas, PR. This emblematic structure suffered great damage after Hurricane Maria. The renovation includes integrating the Clubhouse Restaurant and Terrace Levels with the Ramp, Paddock and Track Level. The renovation included the design for all of this areas. This project was designed in collaboration with ENGINEERED ADVANTAGE PSC and is currently under construction.
Building renovation in the center of Santurce in San Juan, PR. Project included the remodeling of an existing 5 story building to adapt its use for a co_working space, training areas, social spaces and the design of a rooftop terrace.
Private retreat home design within minutes of the Urban Center with views to the countryside. The design is an introverted house with an interior patio that at the same time projects with terraces towards the scenery of the city and country side.
